UNCERTAINTY: What is the role of exercise for both prevention and treatment of joint damage in haemophilia?

Explanatory note Exercise may precipitate bleeding but it is also believed that by strengthening muscles, exercise can help prevent bleeds and be beneficial in the long term.  It is therefore important to understand what levels and type of exercise we should recommend.
