Original uncertainty examples The midwife curriculum; is hypertension in pregnancy given a significant amount of time and the potential further risk of pre-eclampsia and HELLP studied in depth? What investigations should be undertaken in pregnancy to exclude a secondary cause for chronic hypertension (diagnosed in the first 20 weeks of pregnancy)?  ~ Do women with preeclampsia and nephrotic syndrome range proteinuria require thromboprophylaxis?
