Original uncertainty examples Can a long term medical treatment be devised which gives symptomatic improvement, ideally without fertility suppression?  ~  Is there a way to treat the cause of endometriosis, rather than just mitigating its symptoms by removing the tissue either chemically (zoladex) or surgically?  ~  Can endometriosis be reversed with medication?  ~  What is the best treatment to ensure it does not return
