When I'm watching TV, why can't hearing aids amplify speech without amplifying incidental music?  ~  Suppression of background noise in hearing aids  ~  Is it possible to make hearing aids that don't magnify the noise of paper rustling?  ~  Will background noise ever be eliminated in hearing aids?
