IBS PSP

Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a common condition that affects the digestive system and up to one third of the population experience symptoms.  The IBS PSP worked with patients (18+ years of age), carers and health care professionals to identify and prioritise the unanswered questions about the diagnosis, treatment and management for people with IBS. 

The PSP was funded by Guts UK Charity and British Society of Gastroenterology.

The Irritable bowel syndrome PSP Top 10 was published in March 2023.
