Original uncertainty examples For full examples, see Category ID M1 on spreadsheet.  How can people with bipolar be supported to identify food and drink triggers?  ~ More encouragement for self management and the wellness recovery action plan (WRAP) - any extra ideas that could come to the table, to add to diet, good food, nutrition, exercise, nature, company, family, vol. work, paid work, self-employed work, mental health workshops, M.H. support, alone time, comedy, pets ~ Is prognosis worse if people misuse alcohol or drugs? ~ Why aren't more talking treatments offered or self-management courses given? I haven't found psychiatry to be very helpful at all, but support, exercise, counselling and CBT have all made a big difference to me ~ Is there are role for sleep manipulation, e.g. deprivation to treat depressive illness? ~ Can getting more daylight through sunlamps during the winter months benefit someone suffering from bipolar?
