What are the best ways to help children of parents with bipolar who are worried about their own mood issues? ~ How can I help my adult son who appears to have periods of anxiety / depression ? His father is bipolar ~ I was diagnosed at 14 and up until 5 years ago ( i am 28 now ) I was feeling mood swings. Can earlier diagnosis really help? ~ How can I ensure my son doesn't develop it? He is 28 and showing mild signs.
