Steering group members

Tom is a Deputy Head of Policy in the Office for Veterans’ Affairs (OVA). He leads on health policy, working with policy, health and research colleagues across the UK to ensure veterans are properly supported. Prior to joining the OVA, Tom's civil service roles have included the Ministry of Defence as part of the Armed Forces Covenant Team, and the UK Health Security Agency working on the Covid-19 app.  Tom is a Steering Group member of this Priority Setting Partnership (PSP) and part of the PSP leadership team.
