Steering group members

Professor Beverly Bergman OBE is head of the Scottish Veterans Health Research Group, part of the School of Health and Wellbeing at the University of Glasgow where she carries out research into the long-term health of military veterans. She has published extensively on veterans’ health, including the recent Trends in Scottish Veterans’ Health report funded by FiMT.  A former Army GP and consultant public health physician, she is Honorary Civilian Consultant Adviser to the Army in Veterans’ Health and Epidemiology.  Outside her work on veterans’ health, her interests include Earth Sciences and Heraldry.
