Your application to be a JLA Adviser will be assessed by the JLA coordinating team and the Senior Adviser to the JLA.  We may ask you to attend an online interview.  At present the dates for these are scheduled to be in early February 2022.

Your application answers will only be saved on submission of the form so you may wish to save your answers elsewhere and then copy and paste them into this form when you have finished.

Communication skills (10%)

Please use a maximum of 500 words per question response.  

Chairing skills (15%)

Please use a maximum of 500 words per question response.

Please provide an example of where you have chaired a meeting with a diverse range of participants and describe a situation where you have chaired a meeting where you have had to manage a sensitive situation and how it was handled. Please include details of the groups and number of people involved.

Facilitation skills (15%)

Knowledge and experience (15%)

Project management skills (5%)

Availability and flexibility (10%)

The JLA works as a small, supportive team, taking collective and timely responsibility for decision making.  Please provide examples of where you have worked in this way.  We recognise that you may have other existing work that could be undertaken alongside JLA Activity if you become a JLA Adviser.
