Original uncertainty examples Which contraceptive pill would be best for managing endometriosis for a lady over 40?  ~  Can the hormone released by Mirena IUS actually shrink areas of endometriosis.  ~  What other pain prevention methods, other than have coil fitted, could be offered?  ~  Are GnRHs with add-back more effective than long acting progesterones if taken for a long duration ?  ~  What is the role of selective progesterone receptor modulators in the treatment of endometriosis?
