Explanatory note

Many older people are looked after by family members, many of whom have to give up active employment to allow them to be caregivers. People wanted research to investigate ways in which a flexible approach to employment for caregivers might be offered in order for them to provide care and remain actively employed

Original uncertainty examples Not able to get enough time off work to support my family member when they are in crisis; ~ It can be a full time job and families usually have jobs and other family members to care for. ~ There must be caregiving flexibility within the workforce.
