Explanatory note Poor foot health has the potential to profoundly impact on the functional and social participation of those people affected by foot pathoogy, potentially leading to reduction in quality of life, social participation restrictions and anxiety about future prognosis. This broad researchable question emerged from a multifaceted variety of raw uncertainties that reflect the potential breadth and depth of  the impact of poor foot health.
