Original uncertainty examples Breathlessness associated with heart failure ~ Patients tend to ask about the practical hints and tips to overcome the physical symptoms of illness ie around fatigue/breathlessness etc. ~ What helps nocturnal breathlessness? ~ In the absence of current pulmonary oedema what is the most effective treatment for breathlessness in heart failure - this includes medication or non-pharmacological ~ How can we manage your breathlessness best? ~ If I get out of breath I try not to panic.  I just get out of breath going up hills.
